The Wench did everything from cutting, prep table, and washing dishes to delivery driving.  She was named "Wench" by Drake "Mighty" Christensen based on a Monty Python movie character.  The Wench never put up with any macho male attitudes and quickly put the boys of GJ's in there place if they got out of line.  Beth's brother "Bruce" also worked at GJ's.

She drove a metallic brown 2+2 dual exhaust 5 speed '78 Datsun 280Z

I remember delivering and going to someone's door having them answer with comments like...you're a girl???? I was the only Pizza delivery girl in 1982.
